The terms of sale regulate the rights and obligations arising between the owner of the www.luboil.ee online store, which is Luboil OÜ (hereinafter the Seller) and the Buyer (hereinafter the Client) when purchasing goods (hereinafter the Product/Goods).
All prices indicated in the luboil.ee online store include the VAT rate of 20%.
Luboil OÜ reserves the right to change the terms of sale and prices of the goods sold. These changes are displayed in the www.luboil.ee online store.
To place an order, please register in the www.luboil.ee online store. It is also possible to purchase goods without registration.
Both private and legal persons can make purchases.
Delivery and transfer of goods
Upon the entry into force of the sales contract (after the payment of an invoice by the Client), Luboil OÜ completes the order and transfers it to its logistics partners for its subsequent delivery to the Client.
An order shall be processed upon the payment is received.
Delivery options are specified in the www.luboil.ee online store.
Delivery of orders to the Estonian islands depends on the terms of the selected delivery option. Delivery to the islands may take up to 5 business days after the transfer of the Goods to the logistics company.
To avoid delays in delivery, the Client must make sure of correctness of the entered contact details in advance.
In case of non-conformity of the Goods with the contract terms, the Client shall have the right:
to return the Goods pursuant to the return policy;
to demand a refund of the price of the Goods returned under the return policy.
Luboil OÜ shall not be liable for the delay in delivery of the Goods, if these Goods are transferred to the logistics partner in a timely manner and the delay in their delivery is due to the activities of the transport company.
It is possible to receive the Goods on site at the address: Vana-Narva mnt 24, Maardu, in the warehouse’s working hours, i.e. from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Return of the goods and warranty
If the Client decided to return the Goods, he/she must immediately contact us. The Client shall be obliged to report on his/her decision in writing by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Goods that did not fit the Client for any reason can be replaced or returned, if the delivered Goods were not used, unpacked and didn’t lose their marketable state. The Client shall have the right to demand the replacement of the purchased item of the same or another brand or volume within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of acquisition by providing the evidence of purchasing this item from this Seller.
If the Seller cannot replace the Goods, the Client shall have the right to return the Goods to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days and receive the refund of the amount paid.
If the cost of the replacement Goods is higher than the cost of the initially purchased ones, the Client must pay the difference.
The following Goods shall not be subject to return:
the Goods the original packaging of which is damaged or opened;
the Goods that were used;
the Goods that were not purchased in the www.luboil.ee online store.
To replace or return the Goods, the Client shall send a written request indicating the reason for return and description of the problem. This written request must be accompanied with an invoice evidencing the purchase of the Goods from Luboil OÜ.
The Client shall be obliged to return the Goods to Luboil OÜ in the original undamaged packaging not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Goods purchased in the www.luboil.ee online store.
The Goods can be returned to our representative office at Harjumaa, Maardu linn, Vana-Narva mnt 24, 74114 or using the delivery service after a preliminary notification.
We do not reimburse shipping costs. In case of return of the Goods, it is the Client who shall bear the shipping expenses.
Money for the returned unused Goods shall be refunded to the Client within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the receipt of the Goods by the Seller.
